1. Terms:

   Orders under $20,000 net 30 days from date of invoice, upon credit approval. Orders in excess of $20,000 require 30% down with order, 40% due at delivery, and the remaining 30% due in 30 days. Orders will not be processed for overdue accounts. C.O.D. accounts will be processed through the normal UPS C.O.D. procedures. We also accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
   
   

2. Returns:

   Products that are shipped as ordered are subject to a fifteen [15%] percent restocking fee when returned. Lockman Peck, LLC will issue a credit memo in the amount of the allowable return. No cash refunds.
   
   

3. Freight:

   Shipments are F.O.B. South Bend, Indiana. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. A handling charge is included in the freight charge. Shipments via UPS, FedEx or ICC carriers unless otherwise specified. We ship ground service unless Customer Requests otherwise.
   
   

4. Claims:

   When delivered to carrier, shipments become property of purchaser, inspect before you sign. Claims for shortage or improper fulfillment of orders must be made within two (2) weeks of delivery and you must notify your freight agent and request inspection. Claims of labor will not be allowed.
   
   

5. No Minimum Order!

   Lockman Peck, LLC continually tries to offer its customers the highest level of service in the industry. Please call us for any merchandise you may need regardless of quantity or cost.
   
   

6. Special Orders:

   Our standard size single units measure 39½, 45½ and a twin of 75 inches. Other sizes are available at an additional charge of $100.00.
   
   

7. Labor Charges:

   We can repair and rebuild most items we sell. Our bench charges are $50 per hour plus parts. One hour minimum. You must have an RMA number before we accept an item for repair.
   
   

8. Conditions of Sale:

   Customer agrees that all transactions with Lockman Peck, LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana., without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Customer further agrees that any suit or proceeding in connection herewith may be brought only in the Circuit Court in St. Joseph County, Indiana, or Federal Court of the Northern District of Indiana; Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of such courts and agrees to accept service by certified mail in any such suit proceeding.
   
   

9. Service Policy:

   1. Phone Technical Support:

      - Product not under warranty
      1. Distributor calls
         1. First call: free
         2. Second call: free
         3. Third call+: $50 minimum charge for first 15 minutes; $50 for each 15-minute increment
      2. Payment by credit card at time of call
      3. Products not sold by Lockman Peck
         1. a. Technical support for products not sold by us will incur a service fee of $75 for the first hour or fraction thereof.
         2. b. Payment by credit card at time of call

   2. Onsite Technical Support:

      - Local Service Calls
      1. $50 per hour from time of leaving factory and returning to factory – Monday through Friday
      2. $75 per hour for any time after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays
      3. $100 per hour on Sunday or holidays
      - Overnight Service Calls
      All documented expenses incurred to and from the job site plus a daily rate of $400 will be charged to the customer
